When the sun shines I often find myself being in the park. Of course I don’t miss the opportunity to do a little stretching when the weather is good. How good that right next to me there is a park bench - you can totally stretch at that!

Sometimes it has to be fast: if you want to stretch between two meetings, what you need to do is take what’s given: even if it’s just a small dirty wall next to a playground. There’s nothing you wouldn’t do to stay flexible….

It’s time for some straddle stretches! I haven’t stretched my legs for some time so I am sure I will feel some pain doing these exercises!
